Stunning landmark home on a half-acre lot just steps to downtown Evanston. 1632 Wesley is one of the earliest homes built in Evanston and has retained the beautiful vintage elements of its time while incorporating modern updates including a beautiful new eat-in kitchen and modern baths. Three original fireplaces with spectacular tile, original stained glass windows in beautiful condition, fantastic butler's pantry with original sink and countertop, cove ceilings, walk out basement with new full bath and bedroom, new plumbing, new windows, updated mechanicals, 2007 roof. The two bedroom coachhouse sits at the rear of the oversized property and is a significant source of additional income. A very special home.
